Refund policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags (if any) attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is incorrect or damaged, where a return shipping label will be provided.

Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
